Monday Night Magic in New York

Performing close-up at Monday Night Magic is a fun way to spend an evening in New York, but it was even moreso this time! In the audience were Amy Tan (author of The Joy Luck Club) as well as two of my favorite performers of all time: famed pianist/vocalist Michael Feinstein, and comedian/playwright/actor Steve Martin!
After the show we (the cast and crew) went out for dinner, and Mr. Martin and his party accompanied us. Good times!
We left NYC yesterday, got home late last night (actually, early this morning) — a very long drive indeed, but the trip was worth the effort.
